Question Regarding Successful PPI Reclaim With Lloyds

are you prepared to put the amounts and calculations up here so we can scrutinise them for you?
Also, I think FOS is the wrong approach to start with as you will get buried in literaly hundreds of thousands of other cases
I would be inclined to scan the original calculations letter and email it to the CEO of Lloyds TSB at:
antonio.osorio@lloydsbanking.com
Expressing in no uncertain terms your disgust at this unjustified turnaround on their part and demanding that he investigate it and provide a full explanation
As I said, in the meantime, if you could post the calculations up we can check them over?
I 100% agree with Tifosi.
The CEO route will get a swift response and probably the one you want.
The FOS route will no doubt get you what you want, but you may have to wait 12 months :eek:I'm a secret crime fighter

Many thanks for the reply and the advice.
In relation to the calculations, here is the following;
£15k (think it was that) loan taken out over 5 years and finished in 2003. I remember paying off the loan early.
Here is the break down;
Refund of premiums £2339.05
Early Settlement difference £1096.37
Interest at 8% calculated up to 10 August 2011 £2489.46
Total £6089.88
As I said in my first post, the amount paid back was £2756.45
See what you guys think. In reation to emailing the CEO, is it really worth it? Do you really think he is going to reply?
