Hey all.
I've discovered the same but with 3 payments of £97!
Who are these people as my car insurance is separate DD and I don't have any store cards!

Creation are the financial provider for my car insurance, they paid my insurance company and now I pay them! I had all this in writing and knew who they were though!

My insurance was through a broker if that helps anyone realise why they are paying creation

CREATION.CO UK WHO ARE THEY?

I notice last night that this company set up DD from my account under the same reference money and took out money 4 times in April and even since have been taken money out by DD twice a month.
My bank informed me they set it up back in february.
When I visited their webiste they are a loan or CC company, I have not had any dealings with creations.co.uk even.

The most annoying thing is they are taken money out of my account anyhow.
How can a company under FSA be allow to get away with an outright fraudest activitivies Am sure there are a lot of more people like we out there.
They need to be exposed as this is breach of DD mandate.


Also I need advice on how to make a complain againsrt them as if we all keep quite, they will continue to do the same thing.

Maybe another customer has provided the incorrect bank details.

All you need to do is claim the funds back under the DD scheme and cancel the DD from your account.

Creation are the financial provider for my car insurance, they paid my insurance company and now I need pay them monthly!

My insurance was through a broker. Unfortunately I was late with payments and insurance broker canceled the insurance. It's left 6 months to end of the policy.

Creation now want me to pay them the rest of amount. Obviously I have no more insurance cover. Is it normally to want me the remaining amount of the insurance or only charge for termination?
