Creation.co.uk HELP!

Hi all,
I have checked my bank account online today and found out that there is a DD for Creation.co.uk on the account now and they took £26 out of my account a few days ago.
I have NEVER heard of this company and visiting their website, I actually don't have a clue what they are or what they do. They do, however, seem to be associated with Credit Cards!
I definately did not set up with DD on my account and I'm pretty sure my partner didn't either. Before we went on holiday a few weeks ago, we rang the bank to let them know a foreign hotel would be trying to take money from the credit card... this is the only thing that I can think of that has occured differently with our credit card/bank recently.
Could someone please shed some light?
Thanks so much,
K

I've just been accepted for a Creation card and they also mention Sygma Bank which are part of Banque de France. They are based in Birmingham. Hope this helps0

Creation are mainly store cards such as JJB and Brantano.
I think you need to ring the bank to find out what is happening.

Had £21.42 taken out of my account!! I don't even have a credit card so really no idea what this is!! Feel really stressed about it as I couldn't even see anywhere on the site to call anyone to work it out.
I've emailed them but was wondering if anyone had any other ideas?
Thanks0 -
I brought a tv through currys and was in the same predicament as you as I had no idea who they were. But I found out that I brought my tv on 0% for 6 months and they had set up a direct debit incase I didn't make the full payment0

Thanks, but I've not bought anything like that either!0
