A winters Tale 7 weeks to deliver no reply to mails

Way back on 16th November I decided to purchase 2 usb TV sticks for xmas pressies for the kids. Postage was £9.99 (1st class) a go but I know that some sellers do this to reduce fees from ebay and the Buy it now price was lowish.
After a week they hadnt turned up but seller mailed saying they had a delay from their suppliers. I mailed back saying if I cant have goods in next few days, please agree to refund. No reply to 3 further mails, so I advised I would pull money back via paypal dispute if I heard no more. Waited a few days and raised a Paypal dispute, seller did not respond and I got my money back 10th December purchased from another seller and got goods next day.
Sent another mail for good measure saying I would not leave bad feedback but would expect the same - no reply.
Guess what ... 29th December they are delivered and same day an unpaid goods dispute lodged against me with ebay. Checked seller website and they have a lot of neg feedback from buyers with similar stories.
I have responded to this offering to send goods back if they pay return recorded delivery postage (£2.50)they have not replied, Ive written to Ebay and theyve been no real help saying sort with seller.
Sorry about the Ben Hur like epic but what do I do now. I dont want the goods, but dont want neg feedback through thier incompetance.

Stick to your guns and wait for them to pay you the postage costs.Email them and say if they dont pay you will just bung em in the letter box without stamps and that will cost them even more.0

Realistically, although it's unfair, he's not obliged to pay your return postage.
You're looking at a strike unless you return them. I do hope you're planning to leave a neg now.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
remember to respond to the unpaid dispute otherwise they can leave feedback but you can't.
Report factually exactly what happened - "no delivery after x weeks, dispute won, then items sent, then seller tries on non-paying bidder dispute".
the seller will look worse, and you can follow up if they neg with "retaliatory negative - would you risk dealing with this unreliable seller?"It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -
Ive responded to unpaid disp twice now still no reply.
Ive no intention of keeping goods and as far as return postage goes would pay it myself.
What I want is a reply from seller or a way of getting ebay to intervene. Ive got 100% feedback and would like to keep it that way. Dispite contacting ebay a 2nd time now Ive got to say they have been less than helpful.
Question what happens if seller fails to respond to the reply Ive made to unpaid dispute.Never trust a smiling cat0
