very nearly bought a sofa from this company... If you are considering buying make sure you visit their showroom and view the product first. You will find that if you ask to visit the showroom they will make it impossible and will not even give you the address. Very poor customer service. Several calls over a few days(dates and times recorded) were never returned and receptionist refused to provide showroom address. Since this experience seen other very negative reviews from people that have ordered from this company so glad I did not buy.

            Ha yeay, Sh*t outfit...
take a look at thier T&C's. I like the fact that in the product specs they say product may vary, not be same size, colour etc but then in the refunds section say it is made for you to your exact specifications and is exempt from the distance selling rules you could challenge this unfair contract in my view. you could challenge this unfair contract in my view.
 bunch of cowboys - yeeha!!
 1.1. Product Specifications
1.1.1 We have a policy of continuous product development and reserve the right to amend the specification of products without prior notice in relation to future sales.
1.1.2 Goods supplied may differ as a consequence from those on display or advertised. Unless agreed with you, the goods supplied will be of equivalent value, functionality and appearance.
1.1.3 Leather goods are made from quality natural leather and accordingly they may not be uniform in colour or texture. Only the finest hides are selected but they will show natural marks and scars on the hide. Some leathers will mellow with age and exposure to sunlight and heat.
1.1.4 We will endeavour to match the colour and texture of the fabric of your sofa to the samples chosen as accurately as possible, but variations in both the colour and texture may occur.
 1.2. Measurements
The measurements of all furniture and furnishings made by us will be as accurate as possible, but are nevertheless approximate.
 1.5. Returns and Refunds
All our furniture is made specially for you: it is not held in stock. Products that are made specially for you may not be cancelled by you, either before or after delivery. All
All our furniture with the exception of our sale or clearance items are made to your exact specifications and therefore cannot be cancelled once we have accepted your order.
These orders fall outside the Distance selling regulations (2000) which states that personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification are exempt. As is a tale, so is life: not how long it is, but how good it is, is what matters.0

Take photos as soon as possible, date stamped / with a newspaper etc if possible. Have a look at consumer direct website to see what your options are regarding new goods which are not fit for purpose and decide what remedy you want. Contact the company as soon as you've decided, to inform them and ask them for the remedy you want. I think consumer direct may have template letters to help.0

Two weeks on, the manager wont speak and has sent a two line email to say he will be talking with quality control re this matter. no futher communication, receptions fob me off. bought the sofa with John Lewis card, they say in order to start trying to get a refund i would have to return sofa, but that would mean sending it to the Isle of Man, which is a long, long way from where i live in the West Country in England. Chesterfields wont give me an address - what can i do, this 14 day period that i think people talk about when you buy online is now nearly up...help!!0
