Lay down with your feet raised a little if possible, and rub your tummy gently, in a clock-wise direction. This should help ease the gas through your system. It is horrid, very painful, so hope it goes soon!Think big thoughts but relish small pleasures0

Start by getting into the same position as a dog would stand and then lower your arms so you are resting on your elbows with your bottom in the air - works wonders and was suggested by the hospital after I had a laperoscopy (they will you with air/gas on purpose - evil people!!

For trapped wind or bloated tummy try 1 tea spoon of bicarbonate of soda mixed with about 50ml of warm water, drink it down in one and the wind should soon start to disperse.1 Sealed Pot Challenge # 1480

If it's still sore tomorrow go to the doctor. My friend thought she had trapped wind but it was a urinary infection.0

I would suggest visiting your local pharmacy first before trying to make an appointment.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
