Anyone used shuttledirect.com for airport transfers?

We're staying in Lisbon at the end of the month, arriving late on a Saturday night, and want a taxi/quick transfer to the hotel. I notice that this website offers transfers for 20 Euros per person to Cascais, which is cheaper than the hotel have quoted (55 Euros for 2).
Has anyone used this site? What is the mode of transport?
If not, can anyone recommend any other good, economical & quick transfer services?

We have used Shuttle Direct 3 times now in the last year and had 100% good to say about them. We have been 3 different places in Spain in the last 18 months but not lisbon. Usually minibus or coach all good quality all on time

We've used Shuttle Direct once and they were fine. It was a shared coach transfer I would also consider A2B Transfers as we booked a shared coach and they sent a brand new Mercedes instead. Also https://www.airporttransfers.co.uk although I haven't used them.
