Switching supplier - Peace of mind guarantee

There is an interesting section entitled "Peace of Mind Guarantee". What is particularly interesting is that the leaflet is endorsed, indeed hosted, by the supplier's retail function representative organisation.
So, to everybody expressing discontent at the conduct of current switches, test your discontent against the "Peace of Mind Guarantee" and take the appropriate action.
