Barclaycard Unable to Provide copy C.A.

Hi,

Just wondered if I could have some advice. I had a Goldfish credit card which then became a Barclaycard. I have had it for some years but am now on a debt management plan with CCCS. I wrote to Barclays enclosing a £1 and asking for a copy of my credit agreement re claiming for mis sold PPI.

I have just received a letter from them stating that they are unable to provide me with a copy of this agreement.

Would I still be able to put a claim in for PPI? I cannot recall how I applied for the Goldfish card originally although I think it was by post and I do not have a record of the dates the agreement started etc required for the questionaire.

Yes, you should be able to claim PPI and default charges.

I've sent a reclaim letter to Barclaycard for an old Goldfish card but they haven't responded yet.

A few years ago they refunded PPI and charges for a Monument card.

I also had a Goldfish credit card back in 2004 but I don't have any account numbers or references for it.

If I just put a claim in with my address details at the time of application do you think they will be able to find it and pay out?

I had a Barclaycard PPI claim upheld today There is hope for all, just require some considerable patience!

Mines from around the same time and i've sent my claim with a schedule and account number.
