Hi Can anyone help with this frustrating problem.
Just bought my mum a new computer. She's still using dial up.
The connection box obviously provides for a user account and password and there's a tick box for saving these. However, each time she re-connects the password is missing and needs inserting. I'm sure on her old pc this was saved and didn't require manual inputting.
Can't seem to find how to overcome this. Can anyone help please.
