Is it a reputable company?

I used https://www.confused.com to find car insurance.....
The most competitive of them all was https://www.budgetinsurance.com they are near to £60 cheaper than my present renewal notice.
We used the "Post Office" last year alas the £50 discount for a new customer does not apply to us this year!

BUT.....is this "budget insurance" company reputable?
I forgot to check whether their insurance quotation is for 12 months ....... I am suspicious of the low premium

they are a large broker - double check fees for cancellation amendments etc as often you will have to pay both the broker and the insurer a fee

Budget and Post Office are effectively the same company. Budget supply the admin and service behind the Post Office brand. The Post Office policy has more bells and whistles than the Budget policy as standard so you need to check you are comparing like for like or that the Budget policy does what you require.
