Would just like to say, the service I received in Schuh Bluewater yesterday afternoon was brilliant.
I tried on a pair of sandals in a size 4/5 and and was assisted by a really friendly shop assistant who willingly asked to check other styles/sizes etc and didn't make me feel like I was begin annoying!
I decided on the size 5s however one had been left out on display and being leather was a different colour to the other one. The shop assistant then offered to have new ones delivered to my home (good 50 miles away) free of charge which was amazing in itself..
I received a text today at 1016 from schuh advising my delivery would be with me shortly.. shoes came at 1030.
Really can't fault them :T
