PriceMinister

I bought an item and after over two weeks was told by the seller they didn't have the item in stock (although it is still showing as for sale) and i'd still be waiting now if I hadn't chased them. I have been refunded to an ewallet which means I have to spend the money on PriceMinister. You can request a transfer, but only if it is over £10 and mine isn't.
I never want to use PriceMinister again as I think it's a complete shambles, but to use my refund, I will have to. It was only a small amount of money, but I'm really annoyed, and it seems impossible to contact the company.
A cynical part of me is thinking they could advertise low prices so they're the cheapest if you search for an item on https://www.find-dvd.co.uk or similar, then, when you've made a purchase, they are unable to fulfill it, but your money is locked in, only to be spent on that site.

Yes, I realise that the problem is with the seller, I guess i'm annoyed about that, and also about the ewallet thing, and together its made me really cross!
It's such a small amount of money but it's really niggled me, I buy quite a lot through amazon market place, play trade and ebay, and it's always been so seamless, that I didn't check to see if PriceMinister had any different conditions.0
