Reclaiming from Capital one?

Hey guys,
Just a question really, I am thinking of trying to claim against Capital one for charges. They are £12 a time, but most of the time it's an 'over limit fee' which is because they've added these default sums, and obviously the £12 amounts are making my account 'snowball' if you like. I have paid the minimum payment each month as per the statement, but as I pay this, another sum goes on, takes it over limit, and they charged me a further £12!
I am expecting something which says this is my fault and that I have no chance with £12 charges but I just wondered what you all think?
Thanks in advance

Of course the bank will try and say it's your fault - otherwise it's their fault and they'll never admit to that
Follow the step-by-step reclaiming guide - I found Cap1 caved after 2 letters. 0
