Microsoft Money - Cancelling employee share option scheme

A question for Microsoft Money veterans - what is the recommended way to close an employee share scheme set up in Money? This is not the share scheme maturing and me buying shares at the option price, but closing the scheme prematurely and getting the cash I've been saving up back.
I understand I'll have to book a cash transaction to move the money into my bank account, but what should I do to the actual options transactions? Should I move forward the options expiry date to whatever date I cancelled the scheme? Or delete the transactions and pretend it never happened?
Thanks in advance.
