  • I was hopign someone can help me. We had a bit of a party last night and I have a full (opened) bottle of Cava left.
    What can I do with it. I dont really drink much so I will never finish that. Seems a terrible waste to just watch it go flat and then chuck it.

    You could make jelly?

    Or I think u can freeze it to use in sauces etc....

    Pop a teaspoon in the top of the bottle, as long as it's not touching the liquid it will keep its fizz for a few more days yet.

    Actually, this is a myth. It won't make any difference at all. ;)
    If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.
