Fake goods

I recently made a purchase from a website that looked genuine enough. Within half an hour I had sussed out it was a fake but had placed my order already. I emailed the company and asked them to stop the purchase, not take my money and not send the goods. I have not heard anything back apart from an email telling me they goods are on the way. PLease help and tell me what I can do to reclaim my money. For info it is a 'Mont Blanc' pen.

Suggest you speak to your card issuer and advise them that you have been scammed.

So how do you know that they are actually fake or are you just assuming?

How did you find that website? When I type Mont Blanc or MontBlanc Pen into Google, I get the official Mont Blanc website in the top 1 or 2 results, and this one nowhere!

i would report them to[EMAIL="drs@nominet.org.uk"] drs@nominet.org.uk[/EMAIL] as to register a .uk domain you must be in the UK, it is clear by their whois info http://whois.domaintools.com/mont-blancpen.co.uk they are based in china.
