ASG-105 voip phone drivers for xlite

Hello i have the software that came with it and it works okay with opening the window for xlite and dialing and pressing the green button but you cannot press the red one to end the call. The phone does also not ring and it too quite when ringing through my laptop speakers. Can anyone help?
