Instead of hanging on for an 0870 call, what else can you do
If this sounds rude, it's not meant too, I would be glad of any suggestions to get this bill down:beer: .
Thanks in advance
Kim
Find the real 01 or 02 number the rip-off 0845, 0870, 0871 numbers land on, or even an 0800 / 0808 alternative.
https://www.saynoto0870.comIt's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0 -

THANK YOU:beer: :money: :T :j :A0 -
Kimevans - not very charitable of you to hijack my thread without trying to help with my posted predicament. Next time it might be less selfish for you to start your own enquiry. Glad yours is sorted!!!! Bitter yes, aren't you lucky that Heinz is more helpful than you.0

Slight over reaction I think. If I had been able to help I would have done so, but I think the question I asked shows I don't have a great knowledge in that area. However I wouldn't after that post.
PS it was BexTech NOT HEINZ0 -
Go to https://www.saynoto0870.com and find an alternative number to call TalkTalk on. There is a 'Head office' number on there. Ask for High Level Complaints - day time only for HO.
I have been through all this and more and now have direct email contact with HLC dept and things have rapidly been sorted.
Good luck0 -
Tanglefan - thanks for your reply, I am progressing on this and they have said they will reinstate mother's phone but it will take another two weeks. I hope they keep their word but it has been so tedious. If I am not successful are you prepared to pass any telephone numbers or email contacts on to me?0
