Holiday ideas - March 2012

Looking for ideas for a holiday in march, 2-3 weeks duration with a budget of around £2k each (2 adults 26 and 24 years).
Dont mind long haul, would be bored if 2 weeks sitting by a pool but do want some relaxation as part of the trip.

South Africa - just right for Capetown and the Winelands... Great food, great wine fab scenery and potential lots of trips on do it yourself and do able for the money - but might have to limit the time there for teh budget. No time diff to speak of. ...0
