When is Talk Talk not Talk Talk ?

When it is Talk Talk business ....
I need to explain - I am a private individual (not a business)
I used to use Nildram as my ISP
Nildram were taken over by Opal who in turn were taken over by TT business.
I asked TT why I was being charged for phone calls being made to other TT lines (should be free - http://help.talktalk.co.uk/app/answers/detail/a_id/1478/related/1) - they replied - that since I was on TT business - this did not apply.......

    The essential question in this is whether your complaint is that you are being treated
    • worse than you were under Nildram
    • worse than TalkTalk non-business customers
    If it is only the latter and you still have the same conditions as under Nildram, you have no grounds for complaint. I suggest that you change to TalkTalk non business as soon as you can, if that is what you want.
