i bought my hubby the TomTom 910 last year as a bday pressie as he wanted one and we were going to USA and that one covered there as well.ok i know its the most expensive one but he loves it and we saw it yesterday in Makro i think it was for about £270 if i remember rightly

You're right Janey. If you want all the toys then the £100 extra for everything else that the TomTom 910 provides is good value (MP3 + phone + USA).Says James, in my opinion, there's nothing in this world

I've got the GO510 - had it for a couple months. Excellent size and easy to use. It has bluetooth as mentioned, so really good for handsfree phone usage. You can even send and receive text messages on it. You can get the traffic updates and weather updates also. You can also buy an RDS-TMC that plugs in and will give you traffic updates (just a one off price - although people have had problems with these).
I got mine from PCWorld with an on line 10% discount and also through Quidco.0 -
i've got the 910 and am really happy with it . it's going to be particularly useful when driving in the US. the ability for the voice to speak text is also handy and does make some navigating a lot easier. do you want to pay £280 though ?0
