I had a replacement windscreen in my van on the 18th of June, now this new one is broken too. There's a ruddy great bullet-hole sized chip in it after a stone hit it, and its far to big to repair.
Not a happy chap this evening.

I'm sure that windscreens are more fragile then they used to be. I never had a chip or crack in any car up to 2001 or so, since then I've had to have several replacements in various cars.0
