Not particularly and it doesn't bode well that they don't even mention the processor. I'm guessing AMD C-50 Dual Core which is a Netbook processor.
This machine is better value. If they look similar, it's because they come from the same stable.0 -
which have just tested the Acer Aspire 5336 scored 58% which i guess is just above average. Pros: Good-sized screen at a bargain price Cons: Slow, poor battery lif. I guess it depends what you want to do with it. Coursework and facebook will be fine but you won't be playing high end games on it.
Cheapest price i could find on whichonehowmuch was pixmania £273.90 including delivery http://www.whichonehowmuch.co.uk/pr-2663768/pc-27/search/acer-aspire-5336-t353g32mnkk-intel-intel-celeron-t3500-2-1ghz-3gb-320gb-led15-6-dvdrw-win-7-home-premium“Invention, my dear friends, is 93% perspiration, 6% electricity, 4% evaporation, and 2% butterscotch ripple.” – Willy Wonka, Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory0 -

A 1 GHz processor???
That's a no, then.0 -
I would be VERY careful buying any electrical item from Groupon. Either they know exactly what they're doing and prey on people who think this is a deal site, so assume everything is a great price. Or, they're complete idiots and do not research the items and just trust that the merchant is quoting the right prices. It's pretty shoddy either way. Stick to Amazon!0

I don't think necessarily that is the problem. I think it is more that there are other retailers doing it on a larger scale and being able to offer lower prices.
So, no need for Groupon in that market. Model is here On that site(ACER) the suggested price is £369.99.
But in this market, no one pays anything like that for such a machine.
I would expect it to have in excess of six hours battery life with such a processor, not three and a half. That is relatively poor.
I'm not sure where the market is for this machine.0 -
