Hi Helen, the thing is, even if you are not feeling that positive, you still need to do it. That is the way with work!:money:0

I don't know why. I just had a panic attack and had to walk out of a meeting
feeling a little silly.
I'm hoping it's just one of those days.
Glad to see you're still around xSealed Pot Challenge member #071 VSP #4

Oh hun....don't feel silly.....A lot of people have Panic Attacks (myself included).....you need to really take care of yourself and just breathe and try to calm down....I hope you're okay hun....Feel free to drop me a PM if you need to hun xXx
After the rape I had lots of panic attacks and the only two things that I found would help is if a) I did lots of deep breathing and b) I tried to focus on something practical so doing my Budget or doing some Cleaning....
Yep....still around....Going really really slowly today but I'm still here....Determined to carry on this Week....0 -
Someone else in the meeting came out and took me for a coffee and calmed me down. Then someone who left 2 and 1/2 years ago came to say hello so that just took my mind off it.
I'm just not good with having attention on me and everyone in the meeting was looking at me and asking me questions. It's stupid but i cant help it. Now i have a headachelol

Hello my little chickpeas !
Another day in the saltmines over, good day at the show, very sociable, sold a few bits and chatted to loads of folks.
Crimson, I'm sorry to hear about your panic attack, ive never had one, but have witnessed it, someone who has them regularly, first one she had, i really thought she was having a heart attack, and i think she did too .. Very scary.
Helen, that was a gentle bum kick, i dont like to do that, but i was seeing where you were heading again, and i hope its done the trick. You do know that its only cos i want you to win.
So how much in total by now ?Its just a bad day, Not a bad life .. :cool:0
