please help again....

hi all

in december i was going br with my husband, other things came up and the money was spent ( stupid i know ).
the time has now come as debt collectors are knocking on my door !!!
could some one tell me the cost please, our circumstances are as follows....... my husband is unemployed and claiming NO jsa, i am working 16 hours a week earning £280, we receive tax credit and working tax credit ( £171 per week), we also get housing benifit and council tax benifit.
in december we joint the motgage resuce scheme, so have no mortage now :).

please help

    It's £510 each. You should get remission On the court fee. If you look at the first post on the sticky marked LOOK HERE FIRST : Bankruptcy Help, there is a link to the details on the IS site. It is form EX160A you will need.

    You can actually down load the forms to your PC if that is any better for you. They are 6.27 and 6.28 they are about 3/4`s down the page on the link below.

    i phoned the court and they said to down load the forms, fill them in, pay cash, fill in the other fee form and bring that too, plus all documents needed.

    interview on monday...... im really excited.......an end to an era of nightmares. (hopefully)
