The Insolvency Proceedings (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2011 comes into force on 1 June 2011

So the bankruptcy fee for debtor petitioned cases from June 1st will be £525 OR's deposit + £175 court fee = £700

Can a line just be added to the Read This Frist thread where the fees are detailed anyway? Otherwise we could end up with half the first page being stickies.

I'm going to do that anyway, once the SI is officially published on the legislation.gov.uk site.

However, I'll probably also have this as a sticky, as it's very important for people contemplating BR in the near future. I'll just unstick one of the others while this is there. Probably the ICO statement of affairs one, as this is arguably more important than that in the short term

    Nope.

It's on the front page of the Insolvency Service's site for anyone to see.

    http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/

Under "What's New - Latest News" on the right hand side.

Where it links to a draft version of the order.
