Help ??

Is it still possible to reclaim if you've paid the loan off ? I've requested a copy of the loan agreement as per the instructions and got a letter from the bank saying they don't have to give it me. Does this mean i'm too late ?

Their response is correct. Under the CCA they do not need to provide you with a copy of the agreement when the debt has been repaid.

However, under a subject access request, costing £10, they would provide it to you providing they still have it and it is in a relevant filing system.

Out of interest, why do you need the agreement? It is not requirement to make a complaint.
