Talk Talk..how to reduce your bill !!

I have just done this..telephone Talk Talk,(making sure that you have some really cheap competitor prices to hand - I used Primus)...in the second menu choose option "4" "I want to leave Talk Talk"..tell them you are thinking of leaving TT to go to Primus.They will ask you how much they charge..you tell them...wait a little while and they come back with a reduction on a new 12 month contract for you to stay with them.I have just reduced my monthly bill from £23.83 to £18.00 !!
