Overseas earnings threshold changes post 98 loan

My country's overseas earning threshold increased back in May this year. So I thought and expected that my repayments would reduce.
I was told this happened automatically, then I was told to resubmit for reassessment and now I have been told that repayments are only calculated once a year.
Does anyone out there have the answer ? Terms and conditions of my loan would give the rules. (I would think, but there again...)
And how do I get them? The terms and conditions booklet issued more recently don't answer this question.
Can anyone help ? I really need that extra cash

I would have thought that as the SLC only update their thresholds once a year your repayments will be reassessed once a year within a few months of the threshold update
Do the SLC have your address to which they can send a reassessment form?
When was your last assessment?
It's probably worth contacting the SLC to ask when you will receive your annual reassessment form.0 -
The reassessment is due January. I have contacted SLC (many times) in writing and by phone and had the different responses I mention above, supervisor and manager saying different things on the same occasion. Frustration levels are high.0
