    Hi and welcome
I understand as a full time NHS worker I believe you already have these benefits with the employer.

So it's a possible case here, have you tried making a reclaim yet?

If not the details are also directly on Lloyds website - which is the same as on here to the reclaim questionnaire, address details also listed on the website, remember to keep a copy as well, you need to make them aware that as a NHS Worker you are fully protected and if this was discussed with you then you would have had the opportunity to refuse the PPI.
And as you're already protected there was no need for another policy which would be then worthless to you.

    Good luck.

Remember to keep a copy for yourself as well, at this current time the FSA have given them like some other banks up to 16 weeks to resolve, its normally 8 weeks but there is a backlog, but you may still hear before the 16 week timescale.

  • NHS workers can be made redundant just like the rest of us.
We've spent decades teaching people about their rights, but nothing about their responsibilities.
  • Hi

I claimed ppi back on 2 loans with Lloyds because of this reason and was successful and have just been told that Lloyds will pay me back on my credit card, however, this had to go through to FOS.
