House listing disappears from Rightmove

I've just noticed that a house I have enquired about doing a part exchange on has disappeared from Rightmove and from the estate agents website.
Does anyone know what this means ?

It probably means that it has either been sold or withdrawn from sale, it's always worth ringing the estate agent and asking them why it has been removed.0
