Being a 'newbie' I'm not sure if my previous message wnt through.
Has anyone used the company 'Property Ladder' and if so with what result?
I'm fed up with my estate agent not even being re-active, let alone pro-active. As we live in a relatively small market town and given the state of the market they are not exactly rushed off their feet so I think I'm going to 'go it alone'.
