JSA5 not allowed help

Apolgies.in wrong.section, i was on a new deal course in june, i wasnt very well and taken off.my.course due to having gone.over my sick allowance days. i was told to telephone job centre to get an appointment to go back on to jsa, othwerwise claimed would be closed. Now i.called a few days later and was told that i would be made an appointment to come back into j.centre, after awaiting for a letter nothing turned up i.called.up only.to.be told my.claim was.closed. by this time.the date.was.8july.the reason for closing was because i failed to attend option, this was because i was ill and never made contact. now the peroid for my jsa5 is 24th june-8th july. the 23rd june was when new deal claim was stopped. and 8th is when my current one runs from.now i had a letter.today saying my jsa5 dissalowed because of the same reason.but i did make contact with j.centre on 28th but theyre saying we didnt have a phone call from you, i did call them on 28th and have proof of called logged on my phone bill. im going to appeal any advice?
