Muttleythefrog and Coupon Woman - apologies for not replying back sooner, I have to rely on library internet, and then its when I feel up to venturing in town, as I tend to prefer to go in (when I have to) when its least busy.

I really appreciate your helpful feedback and shall give it some thought, as at the moment, my brain in so woolly with how I feel, and wondering what to do next, it takes me a while to digest information! Still waiting as yet for the statement of reasons, enquired on the phone about the other form ESA65(a)? as mentioned on one of the threads on here, and was told only the statement of reasons one ESA85 is available after March when my claim was looked into. Of course this may be rubbish, but when you dont know and havnt the energy its hard to argue with it isnt it? Same as when the person I spoke to suggested that the statement should be been sent out, buts its only that persons word. I know I sound a touch paranoid, but with previous experience with DWP, I believe things when I see them!

But once again many thanks for your time in replying, it means a lot :-)

Hi darlyd, have only just seen your post as havnt got internet access at home, have to rely on visiting the library.

Hope I dont sound a bit thick, but what is BP and what does the OP mean?

From what you say, it certainly seems to confirm that like with the NHS, the process of medicals is a lottery depending on where you live, and who you see as to the outcome, which is grossly unfair on people who find things a struggle due to their condition, be it physical or mental.

BP -Bipolar disorder I would assume
Op - the person raising the opinion/thread.... you in this case..lol

I live and learn..lol.. people here use strange abbreviations to me... I thought DD meant deadbeat dad... but I suspect it actually means doting daughter. I still can't get out my head that half the people on these threads have come from broken homes..lol
