Pre Pay Debit / Credit Card

Sorry if this has been asked a million times before, but I'm new to this area of the board and I've done a quick search and could find anything of late regarding this.

I'm looking for a Pre Pay Debit Card, mainly to use to buy things that auto renew which I might forget to cancel (ie Insurance, RAC Cover etc), to stop them from just debiting my normal Debit / Card Card. I just want to be able to top it up buy what I need and forget about it.

I don't plan to use it very often, maybe 2 or 3 times a year or maybe as a card to carry if out on a lads night so if lost stolen I won't have to worry about it.

I was going for O2 Money since it had no fees, but they have stopped taking new applications. So I want something that's has cheap as possible, either NO or LOW fee to apply and NO monthly fees. I also want a way to topup for free and either a LOW or NO ATM fees. I don't plan to use it overseas.

Is the Orange Card any good?

Thanks for any advise.
