Myherms courier not reliable

I have used this service myherms to ship items i sell in my online shop and each time the items are delivered, the recipients always call me to complain about the goods partially or fully damaged in which i have to refund them and process claim which is another time consuming exercise. Generally they are good for sending letter and nothing more ,you need to see how they crushed my item it was in tiny bits and pieces . The is what happened to me its not someone else experience but mine.
Warning!!! Public beware of cheap courier services they are not always as good as we think;

Well what do you expect? They are the CHEAPEST courier and what do you expect? They pay their employees peanuts because you pick the cheapest courier service. If you want better service then be prepared to pay MORE.
