WFS & Defaults

Good morning,
This might not be the right place to put this, but I'll give it a go.

Though I got some good news that WFS mis sold insurances to me and compensation has been paid (search my previous posts), I have now been handed a Default notice by WFS for non-payment.

The Default was issued on 3rd August 2011 and no pre-default warning notice was provided prior to this date. The last communication I had from WFS was in June with regards to why i was liable for insurances after a VT'ing my HP....FSCS agreedf i was right and paid out.

I believe this is wrong that WFS issue a default without a pre-default warning? And can they really provide a default even if the account is in dispute?

How can I go about trying to get this default removed? As without a pre-warning notice, it is unsubstantiated.
Is aiming to be debt free in 2011!
Slowly fighting WFS over PPI - this site will win it for me. :j
