Hi all,
The mrs is looking to rent her flat out and thus we are looking to find some free online agreements that we can use.
Is the templates available on Property Hawk any good? Has anyone on here used them for producing a shorthold tenancy agreement contract?
Cheers

I won't comment on the property Hawk's agreement as I haven't read it (and I'm not a lawyer anyway).
Just that considering that legal documents related to a tenancy are important and can have a serious impact both financially and time-wise: Look for good, sound documents, not free documents.
If a free document happens to be sound, great. Otherwise it is worth paying a few quid to get a good one.0
