Thought I would update with this as strange things have happened:rotfl:I had the honey on toast for the first day, I didn't like it and felt very bloated straight after and for the rest of the day, the next day I had put on 1lb in weight, very very unusual for me, there was no other change in my diet, next day I tried it on bread, about 20 mins after I had a very upset stomach and felt dreadful for the day, weighed myself this morning and I've put on another 1lb:eek:despite feeling so rough yesterday I hardly ate:( I haven't tried it externally yet, dd had a spoonful last night and didn't like it at all but she didn't seem to have any other problems, any comments anyone?
Not everything agrees with every one.
BUT I would point out if you feel ropey and don't eat you usually do gaina pound or two in water retention.
Personally, I don';t have bread often, as though I love bread I bloat easily with it.I eat my honey...of whatever sort, in plain yoghurt or possibly over muesli.
But I wouldn't persist with something I didn't like anyway0 -
My Mother swears by this stuff and has done for many years ! it's the 10+ one that she uses
If your going to buy it the cheapest is Aldi which is about £3.99 for 250g ...it's about a tenner in the health shops etcIt's not just about the money0
