Car -the car is a Citroen 5-door coupe DS4 HDi Style 110 HDi EGS featuring Stop-Start technology, blue-tooth integrated system, front massage seats, parking sensors, cruise control, 6 airbags and halogen headlights. The winner may choose the colour of the car from a range of colours indicated by the provider of the car. The car includes 1 year’s road tax licence (worth £30). The winner is responsible for insuring the car and for providing fuel and servicing costs. Delivery will be to the nearest Citroen dealer of the winner’s choice in the UK mainland and NI only upon receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such valid documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and proof of identification in the form of a current and valid driver’s licence or UK passport. Delivery will take place within 90 days of winner confirmation. The car is provided by Citroen UK, 221 Bath Road, Slough SL1 4BA."

Because the prize includes a car, does that mean that you can only enter if you have a driving license?

It says licence or passport and insurance documents to claim the car. I would take that as meaning the winner would need to go with whoever has the driving licence but does not need to be the driver. So yes you can enter. Good luck everyone.
