These have been available for a couple of months now, do you really think that they are all dangerous or that the OP just got a bad one?
Would the OP be the only person to ever complain about it if each one Tesco are selling is so dangerous? :rolleyes:0 -
I honestly thought this was a wind up when I read it first. Take it back to Tesco and give them the opportunity to do something about it.0

That is a joke, right? :rotfl: It's funny either way.0 -
squashy wrote:Yes, but if the OP just takes it back to the store to complain, the chances are he will get his refund but there is no guarantee the member of staff will raise the alarm. I wouldn't my kids getting hold of this game- it's dangerous! Whilst I agree it seem like a QC thing it is still Tesco that is stacking their sheles with them and so should ensure proper checks are carried out etc. I would definately contact trading standards who should be able to enforce a recall on them if they are deemed unsafe.
I was referring to the suggestion that the OP goes to the media in the first instance.2014 Target;
To overpay CC by £1,000.
Overpayment to date : £310

Compensation !
You cut your finger for crying out loud.
How much do you reckon you should get?
Take it back say your piece get a refund and get over it.
Do you want the compensation to include some cash to cover the time you have spent complaining as well ,how about the petrol you will use taking it back or the power used by your pc.
Life has risk involved if you dont like it tough.0 -
These are going for less than £3 now so take it back, get a refund, buy another

Yes you are right Tesco does have a duty of care but at the end of the day they have to be given a chance of rectifying the situaiton themselves and put a warning out in the stores which I think would be far quicker/effective than putting this on any consumer programme or newspaper.
How is it my attitude is wrong, if Tesco can get products that a safe then its just touch on them. OP I think for you to keep quite about this and not go to anyone else get a nice xbox 360 "pro" or a HDTV. Tesco would like its name going though the courts at the monment. And Tesco has to get used to this as they have enter the USA a sueing country, lol0 -
Think I'll buy one of these tomorrow just to see exactly how dangerous it is :rolleyes:0
