help with a lost link?

i used to be able to tap on circla bottom left on screen and it would open up to another link i could click on called documents and i could then click on downloads link but have lost the downloads bit, any ideas where it might be hiding please. thats hoping you understand my very technical jargon lol?

Open documents and then click

Organise > layout > navigation pane

thanks but no not really. i used to be able to click start-documents-downloads but now cant get further than documents. the word download is not even there anymore

yes it looks like it, am also losing whole task bar at bottom although i dont think thats related just another problem

if you go to C: > users > 'username'
is the download folder showing in there?
