Best/cheap insurance spanish villa holiday

Hi guys,
I'm hoping to get some tips on the best low cost travel insurance for our holiday. 2 adults, 2 kids - going to a friends villa in Spain with ryanair flights already booked...
We changed our bank about a year ago and had travel insurance with our old bank, so I almost forgot until that other thread with the poor family with chickenpox
Before I'm asked flights were booked on debit card as we don't have credit cards.
