If someone is on the warm assist tariff because they are getting a certain benefit, what happens when they stop getting that benefit because of a change in their circumstances?

Should they inform eon that they are no longer getting the benefit and do they have to change their tariff to something else?

To be eligible for the Warm Assist tariff, you do need to be receipt of certain benefits, so if these stop you may no longer be eligible for the tariff.

There is a department within E.ON that deal with this tariff, I would contact them and give them your up to date information, if you are no longer able to stay on the Warm Assist, we can have a look at some alternatives for you.
