Lino/vinyl flooring

I am looking for a shop. store where you can buy remnants, offcuts of lino/vinyl flooring. Actually, new rolls will be fine if it is reasonably priced. So far the cheapest is Carpet right at 10.99 per s.m which is out of my budget.

It can be purchased online but the delivery date is too far ahead as I need to do the floor quickly. There are good deals online, one being £5.99 per square metre which suits the purpose perfectlybut it is not actually purchased per sqare metre it is sold in metre widths, so you actually end up buying more than necessary. I need about 20 s.m.

I live in Oxford, so anywhere in the surrounding area. Also the Kingston/Hounslow area.

Just check carpet/flooring shops in your area.

I find independent retailers are the best.
