prize won two months ago and still not received, what can i do

i got in contact with them im july and they got back to me to check my local sorting office to see if they had it, i checked 3 times and they are adamant they do not have it, i have contacted the person twice since then and had no reply

what can i do?

i have a feeling that it got lost and they dont have any more of the items that went in the goodiebag so surely i should be sent something else?

i won an x box game over a month ago & after waiting ages i emailed back & forth with no real effert on there part so i sent an email basically saying "this is the last email i'm sending before i take this further".
within about an hour i had somebody contact me saying they will keep contacting untill i get my prize.

i've had to do this with 3 prizes so far & 2 have come through.
sometimes you have to keep moaning & moaning untill they listen.

My wife was also one of the winners of the New look goodie bags, and she never received hers either (there were also messages froma couple of others on their FB page saying that they didn't receive theirs either). She sent them lots of messages and they were telling her the same as they told you-to check with the sorting office. We did this several times of course but to no avail. We asked New Look if they had proof of postage and they could then claim the money back and provide my wife with a prize of equal value, but they refused to answer this question.

After many more messages to them asking what they were going to do about it, they finally said that they would send my wife a £10 voucher (and managed to word the message in such a way as to to make it sound like my wife should grovel in thanks for their generosity). Unsurprisingly, several weeks have passed and my wife has received nothing from them and no further contact either.

Frankly their customer service stinks.

The HMV giftcard I won was supposedly sent over a week ago but I haven't received it yet.

£10 is that all? the CD in the goodiebag would have been worth that alone!

They wanted her to be eternally grateful too for their "goodwill gesture". Of course they haven't even bothered sending the £10 voucher either so she ended up with nothing.

I don't think that she will be buying from them again in a hurry.

I won with that competition too and haven't received my goodie bag either. I've asked on facebook, but they said that all the goodie bags had been sent out and there's nothing else they can do about it! I don't know what else to do about it. Who did you e-mail?

New Look sent my wife the messages privately on facebook (it was Paula that sent her the messages). It seems amazing that New Look seem to get such a poor postal service doesn't it! I wonder how many of the goody bags didn't reach the winners...I did wonder if perhaps some of their staff fancied one rather than send them out to the winners...but surely they wouldn't do that...would they?!
