Is there 3 for 2 offers on anything other than changing. Just placed my order but didn't get buy one get 2 free

My account would not accept the 20% code only the 15% code! Aslo some of the £5 off only work on toys and not nappies!
It seems to just be a case of playing around and seeing what works!

I have set up a new account using new add. But it won't accept any codes. And now the codes Option is available on the payment section, whereas earlier I had to get past the payment screen to find the option.

Sorry, I keep asking for help.
