Where can I go on holiday from 13th Aug?

Hi folks, I'm on holiday for two weeks from Friday and I am hoping to go away but havent sorted out anything yet. Could anyone advise please?
There is my self, OH, DD 16, DS 13.
Not too hot so Egypt etc out.
Near a beach.
Must be 4 or 5*.
Budget £2000-£2500.
I am off two weeks but plan on going for 7-10days.
Quite fancy South of France.
Any advice gratefully accepted. Thanks :cool:
