Over the last few years, gas and electricity suppliers seem to have become very coy about their actual tariffs.

They're all very quick to tell you how much you would save if you moved to them but not to tell you how much per unit you would be paying.

I know the comparison webiste now do the work for you, but is there a reliable site where the actual tariffs are clearly listed?

The supplier's websites generally have a prices/tariffs page hidden away somewhere. This lists the unit costs applicable to each of the tariffs, but it does mean looking at each provider's site individually.

I've spent ages ploughing throught Powergen's with no luck. If it's there, it's ruddy well hidden.

If you go to uswitch and do a normal comparison you get a list of suppliers listed with the cheapest first. Click on any suppliers name and you get a new window open with that plans prices on.

Atlantics prices are HERE .

I've only been with Atlantic for a couple of months, but so far I'm pretty impressed with their service. So much more than Powergen, my previous suppliers.
